Classroom Presentations:

In our classroom presentations, our team had the opportunity to educate all freshman about Mindfulness. In these presentations, we engaged the students in activities like mandala coloring, mindful eating, mindful listening and square breathing. We targeted freshmen specifically to provide this new generation of students  with a supportive community within our school. We received amazing cooperation and feedback.
