Our Mindfulness classroom presentations have always been popular within our community. This year we were excited to be able to present in classrooms again in person! We believe this is a great way to introduce mindfulness and give students helpful tools to manage stress. This is a project we want to continue sharing in our school community, as it's been our major focus for the past 6 years. This year, due to Covid, we could not use tangerines for our mindful eating activity since students had to keep their masks on indoors. Instead, we used tasty little Italian candies called Glitterati that are very tiny and students could easily slip them under their masks.
