I wrote the GBLA grant to be able to bring stress reduction skills and tools to the VAPA school community. I love working with the GBLA team to teach them how to practice mindfulness and then to see them teaching it to other students.
Mindful Tip: When you get stressed about something that has happened or something you think might happen, bring yourself back to the now. Be Here Now. In this moment you are safe.
