Recruitment: Each year during club rush we go through an application process for each potential member. Last year was a bit different due to virtual learning but this year our team was able to meet and recruit in person again! Once we had our team in place, we met once a week at lunch on Wednesdays to plan our lunch activities and discuss our projects. Our group was divided between tasks, some girls were in charge of uploading our clubs socials, others were in charge of our weekly lunch activities. We also split up tasks to finish on the website.
Throughout the year our team got to host lunch activities for our school community; during our weekly meetings we plan and organize the events. We also got to create and present mindful presentations to each Freshman class, the presentation provided mindfulness tips and information to help during difficult times.
