COVID 19 BUDGET UPDATE
Due to the Pandemic we had to make changes to our projects which affected out budget.  When we transitioned to remote learning, we realized that our Mindfulness Fair as we knew it for the past 4 years would not be a reality this year.  The team was disappointed but decided that the show must go on!  We are producing the Mindfulness Fair in a virtual online format this year.  It is a combination of curated mindfulness content and live instagram feed from 12-6 pm on May 29th.  The puppies and raffles prizes, which were our main expenses for the fair will not be an issue this year so we are using the funds for gift cards for the team.  I'm so proud of the girls for taking on this challenge of creating a new website and generating content for the virtual version of our Mindfulness Fair.  We incurred more expense than we budgeted for in the classroom presentations, which we were luckily  able to complete before the pandemic caused school closures. 
Here is our final budget accounting.  (Sorry  it's not fancy but producing the fair is taking all of our energy at this point.)
