Based on the overwhelmingly positive feedback from our projects last year, we decided that the work we did fulfilled a need and that we should continue providing mindfulness training and activities to our student population. This was our 6th year of GBLA and the student body and staff see us as a fixture at the school and a positive force to help people with strategies to manage stress and mental health.
