This year Girls Build LA had to readjust to virtual learning due to the pandemic, so we decided to host weekly virtual activities during Lunch on Fridays . Our intention with the lunch activities was to give students and staff a space to connect online and participate in inclusion activities where we played bingos, Kahoots, and drew mandalas, with bonus raffles to win towards the end of our zooms. The Kahoots got quite popular as they also informed our school community whats occurring throughout the world during these times of isolation.
